Our Mission

Eric L. Keillor is a 40+ year veteran of the mortgage banking industry and possesses an extensive background in all facets of lending; including underwriting, analyzing property values, risk management, capital markets, wholesale management and direct sales. His expertise previously covered a wide range of skills and experience including the origination of mortgage loans for distinguished company’s such as Citibank, First Nationwide Bank, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Goldman Sach’s Senderra Funding. As a Divisional Manager at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Eric was responsible for loans originated in California and led RBC in wholesale loan origination volume.

Since 2008, Eric has focused on the Private Equity Lending sector where he has continued his success as a trusted Broker to borrowers and for Investors looking to put their capital to work. From 2008-2013 Eric was the originator on business purpose loans processed and funded at Collateral Group, Inc.

In 2013, Eric continued in the Private Lending sector when he proudly founded Keillor Capital, Inc. (formerly known as GreenSpring Capital, Inc.) where he currently serves as CEO + President. Eric has been honored to use his platform and industry knowledge in lending and specialty business purpose mortgage programs to mentor his growing staff at Keillor Capital, who he likes to refer to as “The Keillor Team!”

Mr. Keillor holds a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. In both his career and personal life, Eric abides by his most valued philosophy in life which is “trusted relationships provide better results.”
